Johnathan A. Martinez
Hi! I’m Chef Johnathan A. Martinez, and welcome to Diets Through Time. I’m a chef from the USA with 15 years of cooking experience. I love making yummy food and sharing new recipes with everyone.
My Story
I started my cooking career in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For seven years, I worked at a fancy restaurant called El Sabroso Dining. I began as a beginner cook and worked my way up to being the head chef. I went to the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University to learn all about cooking and nutrition.
What I Do
On Diets Through Time, I share easy and tasty recipes that you can try at home. I also enjoy learning about different diets, both old and new. Whether you want to make a traditional South American dish or try something modern, you’ll find lots of great ideas here.
Why I Love Food
Food is more than just eating. It’s about history, culture, and bringing people together. I like discovering how people used to eat and how our diets have changed over time. This helps me create meals that are both fun and healthy.
